Terms of Service

By downloading or using LessScroll, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the App

LessScroll is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

App Provided "As Is"

LessScroll is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. App blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls API — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted blocking in all iOS configurations. We are not responsible for any harm arising from failure of the blocking feature.

Subscriptions

• LessScroll offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.
• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Current pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.
• Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• To cancel: iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → LessScroll.
• Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable law or Apple's standard refund policy.

Apple Licensed Application Agreement

LessScroll is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA governs with respect to the licensed application.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code in LessScroll are owned by us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — LessScroll, including failure of app blocking due to iOS configuration or system restrictions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LessScroll and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
